Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services and leading a finance team of two, you will actively oversee the monthly financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards. In addition, you will manage the annual budgeting process and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create a comprehensive financial plan. You will also provide leadership to the finance team and foster a positive work environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a proven finance manager with demonstrated experience in providing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while showcasing the ability to handle complex financial processes. You will have experience providing high quality leadership and management to a finance team with the ability to successfully balance the strategic and operational initiatives of the organisation. You can ensure strong financial controls are in place within the organisation including robust systems, adherence to relevant legal frameworks and funding requirements. Enhancing the quality of financial reporting, you will embody the for-purpose values of the organisation. CA or CPA qualifications are essential.
