We currently have several casual vacancies for Supported Independent Living (SIL) Workers.

MASP supports people living with a disability to live independently within a share house environment.

We are recruiting a number of committed and passionate casual team members to assist participants in a supported environment according to their individual needs, to help them live a fulfilling and meaningful life in the community. Your day-to-day tasks will revolve around providing support with daily living, including personal care, domestic duties, various skill development activities, medication administration, and social and community participation.

All applicants must be willing to work as part of a team environment, have compassion and empathy and apply attachment and trauma frameworks to their work. These vacancies will suit people who are qualified, currently studying or considering studying a Cert IV or Disability or Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
