LOOKING for something to do with the kids on the last day of the Victorian School Holidays?
Why not don your pyjamas and catch the new live action Moana movie at Wallis Entertainment Mildura in support of kids in Foster Care across Australia?
Mallee Accommodation and Support Program (MASP) and Wallis Entertainment Mildura are putting on a special screening of the movie at 1.30pm on Sunday July 12 to raise funds for National Pyjama Day.
Moviegoers in their pyjamas will earn a free small popcorn, with proceeds from their ticket purchase going to The Pyjama Foundation to provide mentoring, educational support and life skills to children in care.
“This is a great opportunity to take the kids along to the movies and show your support for children in care,” MASP CEO Charmaine Calis said.
“As a Foster Care provider MASP is proud to be championing this great cause to make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children.
“Our support of Pyjama Day ties in with our current recruitment drive seeking more Foster Carers to join the MASP family. You may have seen our branded bus driving around Mildura already and we can’t wait to launch our new short video series as well – you can get a sneak peek of this on July 12 at the screening!”
Tickets are $20 and must be purchased before the day through MASP’s website at www.masp.org.au/masp-national-pyjama-day-fundraiser/
