The Housing Access program is designed to respond, through the provision of case management to the needs of people experiencing homelessness.
Once the client has entered the program, they are allocated a support worker to assist them in finding long term and stable accommodation.
Support will also be provided to the client to address the issues which may have contributed to their experience of homelessness.
Referrals to Adults/Families program are required to access through Haven, Home Safe at 143A Lime Avenue Mildura.
Youth Access (Age 15-25)
Youth aged 15-25 may access the program via MASP reception at 140 Langtree Avenue to arrange an intake appointment with a Housing Access Support Worker.
