The Orange Door is a partnership between local community services organisations, the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services and Family Safety Victoria.
This partnership involves working together to reduce family violence through strengthening family relationships and ensuring the safety of children and young people.
Child FIRST is the Child and Family Information, Referral and Support Team. The aim is to support the safety, well being, health and development of children, young people and their families.
Being a parent is the most important job and sometimes the most difficult. We believe that every child and family should have the chance to reach their full potential.
The Orange Door is a new way for people experiencing family violence and families who need help with the care and wellbeing of their children to access the support they need.
The Orange Door also works with people who perpetrate family violence to help them address their behaviour.
