Followed by a networking opportunity with light refreshments
The general nature of the business that will be dealt with at the meeting includes:
- Acknowledging apologies for the day’s meeting and approving the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
- Receiving the Chairperson’s report
- Receiving the Financial report and accepting the audited statements for year ending 30 June 2024
- Board Director elections
- Presentation of the Godden Award
- Confirmation of the date of the next Annual General Meeting
