Mallee Accommodation & Support Program’s (MASP) new Dareton office will help foster greater community connection with the Far West NSW community.
MASP will relocate its Dareton base from Millie Street to Shop 32-34 Tapio Street, providing a visible presence in the town’s CBD. The new office’s street frontage features artwork by Kuuwari and Elisha Mangal of Miiki Puuri Mandi Aboriginal Art, representing the river and meeting places.
“MASP’s footprint in Far West NSW has grown over the years to meet the needs of the community in towns such as Dareton – this new office is the next step in helping us service our NSW clients,” MASP Acting CEO Charmaine Calis said.
“I look forward to MASP continuing to grow its connection with the Dareton and wider NSW community well into the future.”
MASP’s Dareton office will be officially opened on Tuesday, August 13 from 11.30am with a Smoking Ceremony, office tour and courtesy BBQ provided by the Buronga Gol Gol and Districts Lions Club.
